D & S Getaways is putting together a selection of timeshare weeks in a number of resorts that is affordable and will suite your pocket. After twenty plus years in the timeshare industry and a decade selling Sun Vacation Club we have decided to go into private rentals as we feel there is a great need for honest, reliable timeshare rentals. Terms and conditions

1) A 10% deposit is required when a booking is requested. If a booking cannot be found the 10% deposit will be refunded. If the booking is made and cancelled by the rentor before receipt of the confirmation letter, the rentor will forfeit the deposit.

2) The full rental amount will be payable on receipt of the confirmation letter.

3) Should I (the rentor) wish to cancel the booking I (the rentor) can do so at least 3 weeks prior to check in, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

4) Should I (the rentor) cancel anytime less than 3 weeks before check in a 50% cancelation fee will be charged.

5) Should the government bring in restrictions as far as provincial travel for leisure is concerned due to Covid 19, I will receive a full refund.

6) Should D & S Getaways fault for any reason, a full refund will be given.
